The BCCI Headquarters Building is constructed in a site covering an area of approximately 6941 sqm. The site is located in Seef Area, Kingdom of Bahrain, bordered to the west by the Bahrain International Exhibition Centre.
The works comprise the construction, completion and rectification of defects & maintenance one year for civil and 18 months for M & E Items of a multi storey building with one level of basement parking. The building is steel framed with basement and core towers constructed in reinforced concrete. External Walls are a combination of curtain wall and windows with aluminium wall claddings. The building has an unique architectural looks with dome shape round business club and with facility of an auditorium equipped with latest technology for 750 participants to attend at time with translation studio, etc.
The total gross floor area of the building is approximately 31,000 sqm. The basement and first floor will accommodate parking of 190 cars.
