The project involves the construction of an ultra modern office building in the Seef area of Bahrain. The building is 8 stories high built in a semi-circle with stepped upper floors. Main features include bespoke curtain walling and fully glazed atrium.
Building services are of a new generation intelligent building system with dual output UPS systems, structured cabling and many other state of the art features.
The construction period is extremely short emphasizing Cebarco’s talent for fast track construction.
