The FGRT Enhancement Works project involves the construction of a modern Day Care Hospital featuring a Ground Floor and six upper levels, reaching a total height of +24.050 meters. Located at the BFH seafront in Manama, Kingdom of Bahrain, the hospital spans a total super built-up area of 18,516 sq.m, supported by a pile foundation with a raft slab. The upper floor slabs are cast in situ, with thicknesses varying between 325 mm and 375 mm. The hospital also includes five levels of car parking with a total capacity of 251 spaces, along with F&B and associated service facilities. A dedicated service room on the ground floor houses key utility systems, such as the transformer room, LV room, and generator.
