Located on the shores of Diyar Muharraq in the up and coming Marassi District, the 200,000-square-metres shopping complex will offer over 350 stores which will appeal to a wide range of shoppers and visitors, including entertainment areas for the entire family.
The project comprises the construction of several distinct and challenging areas:-
Retail Mall: Over 350 top brand stores; Multiplex Cinema totaling, Aquarium, Ice Rink and many other feature zones.
Hotels: Hotel and Appartment/hotels and podium approximatly 50,000sqm and 157 rooms and 141 apartments.
Car Parking: 250,000sqm mutli storey car park to accommodate over 5,500 cars.
